Raff House is proud to announce a new partnership of the Restaurant and the Russian Chef, Anatoly Komm.
On February 2, 2015., in already accustomed address of a mansion on Malaya Nikitskaya, 25, is opening its doors the Restaurant “Anatoly Komm for Raff House”.
So far, Anatoly Komm is the Chef who has received international recognition. At the ceremony of The World's 50 Best Restaurants in London, a kind of "gastronomic Oscar" the Restaurant of Anatoly Komm "Varvary" entered to the list of Top 50.

Anatoly Komm’s way to author cuisine and international recognition began in the 90s, when the idea of creating a new Russian cuisine fully captured the thoughts of the Chef. His aim was not to only create a successful restaurant, but the place where everyone would be able to increase their gastronomic culture and to have incomparable taste sensations.
Continuous trainings in restaurants from Hong Kong to the Caribbean islands, learning from the masters of contemporary author's cuisine, gastronomic experiments to create new textures, flavors and techniques, led Anatoly Komm to the starting point of its original cuisine. Our favorite from childhood dishes sparkled with new colors in hands of Komm, while maintaining the taste and texture that could be recognized by most of us.
Creating his own, incomparable author cuisine, Komm began to implement his ideas and experience in his new restaurant in Geneva, which has been mentioned in the Michelin Guide in half a year.
In 2008, was realized a long-standing and, perhaps, one of the main ideas of the Chef, Russian author cuisine Restaurant "Varvary". To date, the project's success excites both Moscow and European gourmands.
International recognition of Anatoly Komm came to this fit and to date, Anatoly Komm has become one of the iconic figures of Russian and international gastronomy. His tour schedule is busy at least for the year ahead, and the dishes in his performance gained its admirers far beyond Russia.
In this context, the cooperation of Raff House and Anatoly Komm is completely not accidental.
